We reserve the right to alter the terms of the discounts agreed or cancel the discount at any time of our choosing at our discretion.This shall hold well regardless of whether the order has been accepted or confirmed and/or if the payment has been completed by any source such as credit card or cheque or any other method.

In the due course, payment shall be processed by ED and the refund amount shall be credited to the client or the researcher's account through which he or she would have made the payment.

We, at ED, posses the rights to alter or update the policy at any time, by announcing it prominently over the website. Such changes or alterations shall be taken into effect immediately as soon as the information is available on the website.
